Food was good hospitality was also good. Went with the kids for their 2nd bday.

The waiter Jasen was excellent. Very kind and helpful. Even though he was busy, he still made sure we were taken care in a reasonable amount of time. Jasen also makes a bomb peach iced tea. The food all around was amazing. 10/10 recommended. I even got a to-go cup for my peach tea I’m very excited for it.

May this Ruby Tuesdays in Western New York never close down!!! Stop in if you want to have a healthy lunch or dinner. The Garden (salad) bar has a lot of options. The vegetables are FRESH and crisp plus there are several side salads and toppings to make a full meal. The manager and staff are friendly too!!

My husband's favorite place. Watch their ads. They have rocked the specials. The place was packed and they were fast to deliver because they thought ahead and cranked out the tasty specials in record time. Despite the crowd the server at the next table made sure his customer felt special on her birthday.

This is one of our favorite places. There is usually no wait time for us because we usually go around 4-5:00 or on a Saturday early. The salad bar is enough for anyone. I got the bacon burger though. It was great and it came with a side. I just got the fries and we always have a great time here.

Our group of 3 ate there on 7/3/19. We all ordered the salmon with bourbon sauce. It came with a choice of 2 sides. One of the sides could be their extensive salad bar, which we all had and liked very much. The salmon was a very generous portion and excellent.It would be easy to make a meal of just the salad bar--it has many choices. The only negative about the salad bar is that it is very hard to reach the items at the back. It would be better as a 2-sided salad bar. The current set up only allows access from one side.Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Price was just right for what we all ordered.As an aside, my mom and I like lemon in our water. We each received several nice wedges of lemon, not skimpy tiny slices provided at some restaurants.I would strongly recommend a reservation during peak times. We had one and our table was ready right on time.

Great food and experience. The chain offers a buffet option as well. Our server was fast and sweet. We didn't leave disappointed and will return in the future.

Fresh salad bar, food was great. Service was was the best! All employees were friendly, helpful. Our server was wonderful, could not ask for better. We will be back. Miss the McKinley location

I love the food here, the staff is always friendly, We never have a wait, I’m just always so turned off by the left over food/trash under the tables. They should be swept/ vacuumed.

Haven't been here in a long time, enjoyed a lunch special, they have alot of variety to choose from. Had a ceasar salad and a cheeseburger for 7.99 my daughter enjoyed a ceasar salad and shrimp alfredo for 8.99. Everything was served promptly and was served HOT which is important to me. Waitress was very attentive and was always checking on us, even though it was busy! We will be back soon!!

The restaurant was a little dark and the bourbon chicken that I ordered was a little dry and tasted a bit weird. The waitress was decent and the food came out a little slow for the amount of people that were in the restaurant at the time i went (which was about 10). The salad bar had a variety of foods to choose from, which was good. Overall experience was somewhat in the middle for me

Tried this place for the first time. Was suggested many different appetizers, so we ordered the trio. Man were we full! We also ordered burgers, which were amazing!! Unfortunately we couldn't eat it all, so we ended up boxing them to eat the next day. The service was great! Our server went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be returning when visiting the area again! Prepare to have a hard time selecting ypur meal as EVERYTHING looks and sounds amazing!!

What an amazing place! The food was above expectations. The owners came to my table twice to make sure we were satisfied. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. This is a hidden gem.!

Good food decent prices

My wife and I had the salad bar. Everything was fresh and clean. There was alot to choose from. Our girls had kids meals and said they we good. The waitress was very pleasant.

The service was very nice! The food was amazing, and so we're the prices. The salad bar is very diverse, so there's always something for someone to enjoy! Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Ruby Tuesday, and I would definitely go there again!

Great service. Was a little disappointed with the salad bar. You have to crouch and teach for items in the back. Their was salad dressing on the glass that stained the arm of my shirt.

This was my 1st visit to Ruby Tuesday's but it won't be my last. The food was delicious & the salad bar impressive & well maintained. The atmosphere was friendly & fun & our waiter Chris, he was exceptional. A truly delightful experience.

I like their salad bar. Their bbq hickory chicken is good too. Unfortunately the pork chop dinner was not good. The meat did not have the pork flavor. It was chewy and it didn't have the texture and taste of a thick sliced chop. Sent it back and took the chicken instead.

Birthday lunch with friend. Had mushroom & Swiss cheese burger with salad bar. Good service, plenty of parking and great selection of food

I went here for lunch with a friend the waiter chris was awesome had a bacon cheeseburger was juicy also had the salad bar very well stocked and clean will be coming here again
